My Role
During a period of significant organizational transformation, I led the design of a company-wide internal newsletter that helped strengthen brand alignment and deepen employee engagement through thoughtful storytelling and scalable design systems. The newsletter was delivered through the Poppulo platform, reaching employees more than 1.1 million times annually and serving as a consistent, trusted source of information across the organization.
I also established flexible, repeatable newsletter frameworks that could scale across teams and initiatives, supporting major campaigns including Superman, Batman, CNN, Harry Potter, Benefits Communications, and seasonal holiday programs.
