We'll schedule a call or arrange a meeting to discuss your project goals and requirements in detail.
#2 Design Proposal
I'll create a design proposal tailored to your project requirements, outlining all the design details that will be addressed throughout the project.
#3 Contract
I'll send you a digital contract via my management software, HoneyBook, for your e-signature.
#4 On-boarding
I'll provide you with a digital onboarding document containing comprehensive instructions on how we'll manage communication for file handover, copy handover, design reviews, and more.
#5 File Prep
I'll establish Google Drive and Google Doc links to streamline collaboration, preventing any duplicate efforts and ensuring effective teamwork.
#6 Design Concepts
I'll send the design concepts for review and give you 48 hours to respond back.
#7 Reviews
I'll will incorporate the requested edits and refine the designs further for your kind review.
#8 Final Concepts
Make any last-minute edits to the final concepts and get files ready for launch.
#9 Training
Based on your requirements, I can provide brief training sessions on website editing techniques and/or social media tools such as Canva or Capcut, tailored to your needs.
#10 Off-boarding
I will provide all the details needed for smooth running of your website/social moving forward.
