For a time-sensitive research initiative, Tinder needed to recruit participants for a User Motivation Study, targeting harder-to-reach demographics, including women aged 25+. I designed in-app creative that clearly communicated eligibility for a cash incentive, making the survey opportunity engaging and easy to understand.
The designs directly contributed to rapid and strong participation, helping the team achieve all 660 survey completes in just four days β meeting aggressive timelines while reaching key target segments. This project highlights how thoughtful visual and UX design can drive measurable user engagement and research outcomes.
