During a period of significant organizational transformation, I led the design of a company-wide internal newsletter that helped strengthen brand alignment and deepen employee engagement through thoughtful storytelling and scalable design systems. The newsletter was delivered through the Poppulo platform, reaching employees more than 1.1 million times annually and serving as a consistent, trusted source of information across the organization.
I also established flexible, repeatable newsletter frameworks that could scale across teams and initiatives, supporting major campaigns including Superman, Batman, CNN, Harry Potter, Benefits Communications, and seasonal holiday programs.

The system needed enough structure to support rapid deployment across multiple stakeholders, while still creating emotionally distinct moments for iconic franchises like Superman, Batman, and Harry Potter.
The solution was a modular editorial system where storytelling, motion, and brand consistency could coexist, allowing internal culture moments to feel as premium as external campaigns.
